Exclamation 2003 Mustang cobra beginning mods.. need help

hey everyone, so I'm new to this form. I just recently bought a black 03 cobra, however took out a little bit more on a loan so I could start doing some modifications. The car is entirely stock except for its exhaust and I am hoping to get about 455hp out of it. Pullies, CAI, maybe a chip? Any other advice or insight would be greatly appreciated and thank you ahead of time!

I would get a JLT RAI, 2.80 upper pulley, Xcal3 tuner -dyno tune would be great with it. By saying exhaust do you mean just catback or ? I would def make sure to have a good mid pipe and catback.
It doesn't take much to get to 455rwhp on these cars.

Yeah get all of that! If the midpipe is Stock that's the FIRST thing I'd take care of! Replace the Stock shifter too FOR SURE!!

Right now it has a bassani X-pipe and borla stingers that the guy I bought it from had installed. I was wondering if you could tell me about how much these upgrades would cost me?

Also thinking of doing some suspension work... nothing crazy just yet just lowered a few inches probably. Got any suggestions? I was thinking just a set of coilovers, but I had huge camber/tow in problems on my last car with this. Anything would be helpful!

i have a 2.80 pulley, LT headers, hi flow cats, tb and a tune 456rwhp

The pulley gives you 12 psi of boost. At California speedway the car started running alittle warmer than the half way mark. This was when it was pushed very hard. 100 octane unleaded race fuel was in the car also. The boost gauge started freaking out for a bit also.

I'd advise against coil overs, too costly an upgrade and not really necessary, the stock Bilsteins are Very Good, just go with the Lowering spring of your choice and a set of Maximum Motorsports 4 bolt Caster Camber plates.
And that Bassani Borla setup must sound KILLER!

If you don't mind me asking what is the "tb"?
I've seen it around just never knew what it stood for

you are correct.
By the way the coil overs are way worth the $$. You can send your rear shocks to MM and have them grooved for coil overs $40 and put MM coil over kit on the stock struts and shocks . I did it and it was way better. $700 for the coil over at maximum motorsports. Do the bump steer kit while you have the struts off, cause you have to align the car anyway.

After installing what's in my signature and getting a good dyno tune I ran 451rwhp and 459 rwtq, and that's without a throttle body and a very conservative tune. My next puchase is going to be an Accufab throttle body, and getting my tune tweaked. Like someone said earlier, it is very easy to make good horsepower numbers with these cars...start shopping around .
