Default 1999 Cobra Lighting Issue

Hey guys, I've got a quick question. The headlights on my Cobra are dim. When I say dim, I mean high beams look like low beams and lows are unsafe to drive with at night, honestly the fog lights are brighter than the lows. Also, the fog lights will work with the parking lights, but not when the lows are switched on. I've replaced the bulbs so I know that's not the issue. Could it be a relay or the light switch itself? Thanks for any help in advance.

I am guessing it may be the alternator not charging , did this just start happening?

I know that the headlight switch goes bad on my '94 version alot. Not sure if they changed that by 99, but I'd bet not. Just pop off the dash panel and check it out. Loose wire plugs cause it to get hot and melt the plastic switch plug.

Otherwise, I would agree with you that it is an electrical problem somewhere
