Default 1998 Cobra Engine Removal With Transmission?

Hey guys i am new to this site. I am currently working on pulling my motor out of my 98 cobra. Would it be easier to remove the transmission with the motor or remove them seperately? And please any other input on this process would be much appreciated.

To me, i think it's easier to pull both out. some might say different though. Just take your time and have someone to help.

For sure i am in no rush this will be our 3rd day of work in this process. And i have a friend to help. If it comes down to it and i have to remove the transmission serperately do i need to tilt the motor or is the bolts for the bellhousing accesible if i leave the engine in place and just support the oil pan with a jack and board?
