03 cobra stalling between gears

This is something that happens (not all the time) when I shift from 2nd to 3rd,or 3rd to 4th on heavey acceleration. The car stalls until it gets into gear on a hard take off from those gears mentioned ,I had all kinds of work done on this car and even before the work was done it did it

What could be wrong?

Not sure if this is a PCM re-flash issue. I know that there was a TSB for this. Check here:Terminator FAQs
