Default Service Engine Soon - Hard to start

On my 03 Cobra I gave it some gas and it shut down some power getting onto the highway at around 6 grand (as if it hit the rev limiter). It had low power all the way home. Once I shut it off it would not start again. I disconnected the battery and it turned over but shut off once again shortly after. At the moment the battery is disconnected and I have cleaned the MAF. Any suggestions?

That's what it's acting like. It seems to have full power if I rev it up a little once I get it started. So to me, that would rule the fuel issue out? Not quite sure yet.

Got it running right. However, the service engine soon light is still on (40,090 miles). I take it I'm going to have to get it re tuned now, that should get rid of that light if I'm correct. . .

Turn your ignition key to the run position, then pull the positive battery cable off, turn the key back to the off position, then put the cable back on. all in that order ,the light should stay off. if the light comes back on, then get the retune.
