Default oily spark plugs..problem?

did a lil tunning up on my 97 cobra msd coil packs ,msd 8.5 wires and ngk plugs but i noticed when i was removing the old plugs #7 and #8 were coverd in oil and i know that cant be good im hoping its maybe just a bad pcv or blow by gasses or sumting but im not sure does anybody know what could cause this to happen?

the tip of the plugs or the outside of them? If the tip your are burning oil thats not good at all. Rings or valve seats or guides or both.
Outside valve cover gaskets
