Default the off road pipe

Since I got the off road pipe installed on my 03 cobra,I like the sound with the flow masters very much.
What I dislike is now I have to smell the exhaust odor,it is something I cant get used to.
The car is perfectly tuned,so it is not running too rich, so does anyone else have this too?

Why are you getting an exhaust odor?
Do you have any exhaust leaks up fron that are getting into the passenger compartment?
Your exhaust should be getting dumped out and behind the car so that you wouldn't get any odor. That is the purpose of the exhaust running to the back of the car.
You will obviously have more of an odor with an off road H pipe since you are eliminating the cats and not burning the exhaust as much as previously.

I've never noticed it inside the car on any Stang I've owned, when you stand at the back of the car with it idling of course your gonna get an odor but mine is never extreme to where your gagging! Take the car out and bang through the gears close to redline to get rid of the buildup of unburnt fuel and exhaust in the pipes!

Since both my windows are down I guess the wind blows it in, it is not real heavy ,just noticeable.
