'97 Cobra, I need info on timing setup

I have a 97 cobra. I am in the process of rebuilding it I want to know anything and everything on how to set up the timing chains, cams, part numbers of tools I need ect... Not to many people out there knows what to do and the ford dealer is no help ether. I have had the heads milled .015 SS valves. I have also noticed that the timing chain tensioners fail what is the cure or were do I need to go for this info
