Default Baer Caliper Fitment

This is going to be close based on the temp plate Baer sent me. I'm hoping someone has tried this. Do you think the 6 piston caliper will clear the stock 17X9 cobra wheels or should I stick with the 4 piston?

Said the 6 would fit with fabrication but doing that on your Cobra probably won't work. Would have to look but the 4 piston might work on 17's or you would have to go up to 18's.

Talked to Rick @ Baer and he seems to think it will fit. He has sold a kit to a cobra owner but he doesn't know if they had to mod it or if they are running 18" wheels. I agree with you, and I just know about the clearance with the 17's. Might just do the 4 piston.

It's sad when you call the company and they "think" that it will fit. They should know it or find that answer for you right then. Worst case would be having to get 18's for your car if anything.
Hopefully they fit though.
