Pulley setup on 2003 Mustag Cobra too aggressive?

So I was just wondering on an 03 Cobra with a ported blower, I/C upgrade, and the other necessities would a 2.75 upper and a 6-8# lower be too aggressive of a setup. Just wonderin for general knowledge.

Just think with a pulley that small and also with the different lower, even at low rpms the blower is going to be turning alot generating lots of heat. A bigger i/c reservior and a bigger cooler in the front will help but still, that sucker is going to be blowing hot air after a few boosts.

Since with the port, it'll be more efficient and less heat being produced, i don't think it would be to bad. I still wouldn't boost it hard in 5th or 6th gear. The other upgrades would help keep the iat's lower.

a 2.75-#6 combo is gonna make A LOT of BOOST, haha!

the boost is going to creep in gear,the problem is the stock by pass valve. what limits the pulley set up on a stock blower is the stock by pass valve,regardless of porting it,that would make it more efficient,yes.so you'll be better off with a no so aggressive pulley set up.
