2003 Mustang Cobra Squeaking Noise

I have a 2003 Mustang Cobra with 38,000 miles and a slight squeaking noise coming from it. The noise is a repetitive sqeaking that happens only when my clutch is not engaged. It is not particularly loud and it only happens about 70% of the time the clutch is pedal is out. If I put even the lightest pressure on the clutch (push it in 1/4 inch), the squeaking will stop and if I readjust the clutch pedal it will normally stop also.

Is this a TOB issue or perhaps something with a belt? I am planning on changing out the clutch in 2000 to 3000 miles (end of summer) and if this isnt that serious then I am going to hold off until then. Thanks for all your help!

its nothing major the clutch is just cherping i have changed mine three times before i got one that didnt make a noise you either live with it or change it but if you change it you still might get one that cherps

Its the TOB like you mentioned. nothing major and can wait till you do the clutch swap. Just make sure to lube up the TOB when you put the new one in.

Yup it's your TOB, like suggested your gonna have to live with it til you drop the tranny, make sure the new one is greased GOOD!

Thanks everyone for the info! Luckily everyone said just about the same thing about it. I can deal with it for a couple thousand more miles before I put in a clutch.

Any suggestions on a clutch while we are at it?

All I have done to it is:
Bassani Exhaust (catted) with Borla mufflers
Cold air induction
Tuner (Livewire)

Im thinking Spec Stage 2+
