Default 2004 Cobra Tensioner issue

I have an issue that I need some help with. I have a 2004 Cobra with the Whipple 140ax, Billet Flow pullies (3x100mm & 1x90mm) and a 4# metco crank pulley. The whipple has a 3.5 inch pulley right now. Issue is that the tensioner is all the way up and I get some belt wobble when looking at the belt on the passanger side (I can see it wobble a little) The belt is 82.5". Does anyone else have this setup and can tell me what belt they use. I bought the car used a few months back and this is the same size belt. Seems the belt is stretching, but the previous owner tells me that is what he's always used. I hate the slipping that is occurring, but at the same time I don't want to put too much tension on the snout of the whipple. Can anyone tell me if they have the same setup and what size belt they are running. I'm thinking about going to a 81.6" or 82" belt. Also, where should the tensioner roughly sit? I've heard about 1/4" to 1/2" below full top is about correct on the cobra but I'm just not sure. This is my first cobra, and I love it, just want to lose the slipping squeal and get the tensioner in the right spot.

Thanks

Default Tensioner or belt?

It may be the tensioner itself. I've seen a few that got weak and its like the belt slipping but it turned out not to be. Ofcourse there is no way to know just from reading but I have ran into a similar issue and I'm looking into getting a RR replacement. Here is a little article. Hope you find a solution soon.
