Default lumbar feature 03 cobra

The lumbar feature in my seat is not working,I can hear the motor when I press the button,but nothing happenes. This is an 03 cobra.
What can be wrong?

I have same problem on my 06 GT, What a bad piece of engineering that thing is. Sounds like a cheap plastic gear is broken.

Is it possible the bladder could have a hole in it? I chunked the factory seats long ago in favor of Sparcos...waaay better

my bet is that the pump hose came loose

You know what guys ,I found the problem, it seems the inflation device has shifted to the top right side of the seat!
When I pushed the button the whole seat was buldged at that area! So how do I move that to the right area?

hey all this is from fords service information,,, pics are hard to copy,,it does show step by step how to take apart seat to fix the bag,,, give me some time to put the whole thing together for you,,
