Default 1999 Cobra Mustang-Head gasket help

OK so I need a new head gasket, car was hot turned off imediatly, next day went to start and hydrolocked drained oil not milky but water in it Im guessing it warped and while it cooled it leaked in anyways I would like to know what I may run into on this, I think the car has ARP studs already but if not I know not to reuse.. I think Im going to pull the motor as I wanted to put new clutch and flywheel in and I heard its a pain getting off the timming cover in car,, any suggestions? is it worth pulling or should I keep in car? also any info or pointers for when im pulling or even if it stays in car help in general is appreciated also and special tools that are specific to this motor? thanks! 99 cobra,,,

WTF? It sounds like your 99 doesn't have a power adder?
It's rare to blow a head gasket, what was the circumstances?
Make sure you have your heads milled and WHY does it have ARP Studs? do you have a Forged shortblock or something? Do you know the history of the car?

The car does have power adders.... Its turboed, t76, the car supposably has the ARP I wont know untill its apart... I know for sure it has forged shortblock as I changed oil pan and took pics of the part number on piston... what I am not sure of is the number is a JE piston for a .20 over 5.4 but now Im hearing the only thing that changes is the dish size so instead of 8.5:1 I think I may have 7.8:1 which may explain the heta, I bought the car with a procharger which sucked the owner said it would over heat if it was 115 out and a/c on... when I bought it I couldnt get it to but it was only about 80-90 out, one day I went to a warmer place and sure enough as soon as I hit a/c it got hot... it was 120 out... well I wasnt happy with procharger so I put in a full return fuel system -10 feed -8 return magnafuel pump holley 75lbs injectors rails ,,, UPR chromoly k-member a-arms and a turbo kit which is a turbonetics ball bearing water+oil cooled t76 the wastegate is a newgen the blow off is tial 50mm, It had a chip for procharger when I bought but I got rid of it for a megasquirt which is poor mans aem or fast its all the same basically, anyways during tune I was blowing out the spark during boost and regapped to .30 then it popped from being a little lean thankfully we had a wide band and a laptop hooked up and saw it before any damage occured anyways I drove it around for most of the weekend without a radiator fan and kept a very close eye on heat anyways it was fine I kept it moving and shut it off prior to coming to stop, then I had put fan in, and a day later it was over heating, I bought a new cap but it was too late, I need a new head gasket now for sure... Im hoping it was the thermostat sticking as it got hot even while moving at 40+ AND RADIATOR IS ALL ALLUMINUM BY RON DAVIS hope this is enough history please help if possible... Thanks!
