Default 2003 SVT Cobra Brake Issues

my brakes are making noises and i think my rotors need to be replaced, but i want to let someone who knows what they are doing to work on my brakes. last time i let just anyone work on them, i ended up with some messed up brakes.
I recently moved to Oklahoma City and haven't met anyone who knows a lot about SVT's and was wondering if anyone around the Oklahoma City area could recommend a good mechanic? and if anyone in general could recommend the type of front rotors i should get to replace mine. i know cheap isn't always better.

I have powerslot slotted rotors for the front, which are like 100 a piece but have better heat dissipation so they wont warp.. i also have the ceramic pads from hawk all around and couldnt ask for more.
