What would cause engine surge at crusing speed? Like a pulsing.

Dirty injectors, fuel filter, just about anything in your fuel system. If the pulsing feels like a miss, it could even be ignition. But there is where, I would be checking. It sounds like you have, a problem in your fuel or ignition system, Mike. SCT Tuner.

could be the fuel pump or fuel system definitely...might be good to have Ford read the computer and diagnose that one as those supercharged engines get complicated

Throttle postion sensor could be acting up.. Check your TP voltage, do you have a hand held tuner to datalog?
