Kenne bell seems to be my top choice...Whipple factory is like down the street from my old house in Fresno so im leaning towards that just because of the hometown thing...and well vortech is vortech...
Hey i found out not too long ago that the Whipple place is less than a mile from my house too lol. Im kinda debating the same thing, but its still a ways off.
I only have experience with Whipple, buy theirs. I love mine the torque curve is very flat and the power is very linear. I mean that it gradually builds and maintains. I had mine out on a road course a couple weeks ago and it was awsome, it pulls hard from 2500 to redline. I think the programming is the key, Whipple's "tune" was done by a former Ford engineer and mine will still get 20-21 mpg if I behave myself. All computer functions operate as designed and I have had no issues in 16000 miles.

I have now changed to GT-500 wheels and tires to allow for the install of the Ford Racing 14" Brembo brake set-up.

Umm, you can say those same things about pretty much any twin screw supercharger.

What year is your car? I have a kenne bell, it works good, but needs tuning to be "right"...don't believe what KB ads try to tell you...if I had it to do over, I'd go with a turbo or twin turbo or just build the crap out of the motor and go NA...you will spend about $7500 to put a supercharger on a car/tune it/add guages...at that point, sell your car and buy one someone has already done...trust me, I know from experience

2002 mustang with 4.6 stroker (5.0) with 32 valve 04 cobra heads stage 3 port, ford GT cams, jlt high boost cold air kit, whipple 3.4 ran at 21 psi (still low enough boost for pump gas) Kooks stepped longtubes and full 3" exhaust, mono blade throttle body, t56 viper spec tranny, twin disk spec clutch, sumped fuel tank, 8-an lines with twin 255's, 80lb injectors and all of cooling system upgraded. Thats just the performance mods.
What car do you have? I had to go with KB since they are the only twin screw made for 96 Cobra...still, I feel a killer NA engine would be better money spent...427 stroker for my 1995 Saleen will be getting it done !

Go with the Whipple 2.3L, stay away from the 3.4L unless you have a built engine or drive like a granny .
