Default 2003 Mustang cobra what mods to do

I bought the car wrecked fixed it all and went to get it alligned and the cradle is bent. I got a new cradle so i am going to pull the engine out...Since i have it out what should i do? I bought bbk long tubes, x-pipe, loud mouth 2 mufflers, 2.93 pulley and belt tensior. Car has 55k. Do I go into the trans? upgrade the clutch? Do i go into the engine? let me know what i should do? And ya I am getting it all tuned once it gets back to running.

since you'll have it out, it wouldn't hurt to upgrade the clutch. I know with long tubes, goodluck on changing out the starter. I had to drop my K memeber to change mine out since my bassani's were in the way. other than that, looks like your good to go.

Are you swapping the blower? If no, then you're good on the trans.

I wouldn't do anything to the trans and when I did my Forged Rebuild at 59K the stock clutch actually looked perfect so I reused it and it's still feeling great! Just take a look at the disc for wear, you could throw a Fidanza Aluminum Flywheel on while you have it apart though!!
Also if you considered adding the Cooling Mod it's easier to do with the motor pulled!
