Um, it doesn't sound all that crazy to me. Nobody has asked how much boost he's blowing into the motor. Yeah, 2.75 pulley, but it is all about the efficiency in and out of the engine. Long tube headers, off road h pipe, magnaflow catback... ? Not a bad set up. With all that work and a solid tune by an experienced tuner? Hmmm... BUT, the proof is in the dyno sheet... That will settle all arguments. MM

Sorry for the slow response. I wound up not buying this car because the seller just stopped answering me. Guess the numbers were indeed inflated. Looking at another cobra, I love the car and the mileage is insane. The numbers sound high to me... anyone else care to comment?

He's blowing 15lbs MAX, You can hit 17 with a port. Along with the massive amount of airflow the porting allows. It's not all about boost with this superchargers, it's about boost AND airflow. All in all, there is no way he's hitting even 500 with an unported blower. MAYBE 475. . .
put it on the dyno yourself. Pay that extra money to make sure everything is running right. You can find a lot of information through a dyno. I found out my knock sensors needed to be replaced. Good luck
I am an old gray haired gent from Riverside Ca. My 04 will hit 548hp 522tr with a ported Eaton 2.70 pulley, running 17 lbs ( If I can keep the belt from slipping) pulley X pipe, SCT tuned, SCT mass Air flow 90MM, Accuflow throttle body 82MMpolished and matched, K&N been helping me with the plumbing. Looks good on a dyno but traction is a problem, I run in the low 12’s but my car is a rag top so My dial in is a 14.00. (I am well know to brake out)The flow is a key air in and air out makes HP I have spent time on the Dyno and a lot of time under the hood. Soon to retire Aerospace Engineer having fun with the young guys. Does any body have the traction problem solved? (Wheel hop and body flex)

Any Dyno operator can fudge and manipulate Dyno readings, especially on unweighted Dyno Jets, that's why Mustang Dynos consistently show lower HP and Torq readings cause they represent real world driving conditions. Those power numbers you listed seem inflated for the Mods you have, are those SAE? I'm NOT trying to be a wise guy but I've seen literally hundreds of 03-04 Cobra Dyno charts with different Mods and yours should be at about 505-520 RW!
Who is your tuner? Can you post your A/F and Dyno charts?
What fuel system upgrades do you have? You also didn't mention if you changed the lower with the 2.70?
I wouldn't think so cause that upper is Small?
And for traction you want Maximum Motorsports Full Length weld in subframe connectors,Billetflow IRS Brace and most important at the track run a Bias Ply Drag radial or full slick only, the softer sidewall of these two will save your axles from snapping!
