Oil pressure high!!!

Default Oil pressure high!!!
I've noticed in my 96 cobra that the oil pressure was really high, its was around the A and the L in normal. I do realize that it is still in the normal range but does anyone know why the oil pressure would be going that high??? Thanks

My Cobra guage runs about the same for oil...it's low pressure that you need to worry about

+1, when the needle is all the way to the left and not moving or pointing at the left letters, then i would worry. Also those are pretty much dummy gauges. An aftermarket gauge would be way better. Oil pressure goes up and down with rpms, not just sit there. It's just there to say...hey..you have oil pressure...

The stock gauges are basically "ON" "OFF" dumming switches!
