Angry Clutch problem sounds

2003 Cobra SVT 28,000 miles. Heard a grinding noise at the clutch area.
Depress clutch, with box in neutral, lift and hear sound. Ford replaced
the throughout bearing as well as the clutch plate. Every gear change
goes "clunk" returned to ford dealer...who quoted me a bulletin that
trys to explain the clunk sound every time. Any suggestions to fix the
problem...I only have few days left on my warrantyl
Help

This does bring up my new and ongoing biatch about "whatever happened to customer service"...in the last week I've been literally treated like total garbage at Jiffy Lube and Pep Boys...what is Ford's problem? This is similar to what happened to me at a local Ford dealer and why I would never buy another Mustang...my Infiniti dealer treats me like I'm a country club member...so the beat goes on eh Ford?

+1 ford and most places i go.. not many places care, least my muffler guy and my parts guy do care.

lastnight i worked the manual packageing area of the mill. we ran 67 coils. i tied 57 of them by myself, ( put in 2 rings pas 3 bands pull add 6 cardboard protecters wrap and tape it up avarage time 2 minutes a coil) they brought out 15 P539's they get a ton of stuff avarage time 6 minutes a coil. all 15 needed to be tripple handled

after lunch my partner stopped working. 6:30 in the am he took off his saftey gear and sat down i was still pumping em out. he got irritated i was working and said to stop i said no, were leaveing day turn with 15 specialty 539's least i can do is do everything else for em.

moral, its more people not takeing pride in what they do, than the companies them self

i, will never buy another ford again.

i never liked their trucks. i enjoy my mustang, but i cant deal with a company that treats its customers, who spend thousands of dollars, like little peons

sorry to hijack
