Ford Racing sells a 4v cam kit (Ford Racing #397-M-6550-T46) this includes all valve train...isit a good deal an how good are the cams an the quality of the valvetrain componets

The Best Cams you can get for a 4V that aren't Custom Ground will be Comps, check out their Kits. Plus it's known that their tolerances are always Very accurate..

Call Comp Tech and tell them exactly what you have for mods done, and they'll match you up with a 4 valve kit that you'll get full potential of any power gains. Comp's Tech Department is top notch, they know their sh*t better then FRPP, Mike. SCT Tuner. P.S. The only other that I would trust with my motor, would be BOSS 330 Racing's Al Papitto he did the cams in my 96 SVT Cobra. 418RWHP, and 402RWTQ N/A, Mike.

Custom grind would be the way to go.
