Default 2004 Mustang cobra HP coils and plugs

Got a 04 cobra its dynoed at 440hp 460tq want to do a few more things cars is going to get dynoed tuned in the near future prob. w/ sct. Right now its 2.8 pulley, cai, bassani x and cat back, accufab tb, Canned diablo. I was thinking of goin w/ a 95 maf. I also want to know what would be the best performance spark plugs for this setup and what gap?? Not worried about longevity sees 2-3k mi. a yr. Performance is what I want. Last ?? How much HP could I gain by goin w/ a set of aftermarket coils and dropping the cats?? Also Suggetstions on the coils would be great. Weapon X, MSD, Granatelli, etc...can I squeeze and more hp w/ swapping to a 2.7 or 2.75 with this setup. Thanks

Lots of questions I'll answer in order..
1.with your Mods Stock air meter should be fine, Datalog your counts and voltage to see how much room you have left in it, if it's close to maxed I'd just get a Diablo Mafia to piggyback!
2.NGK TR-6 gapped to .035 up to 12 lbs of Boost .032 over that!
3. switching from a good quality Bassani catted X to an O/R H won't see Huge gains maybe 8-10 PeaK! Over stock cats 15+!
4.Use STOCK Coil on Packs!! Don't buy the hype!!
5. a 2.76/4lb lower will see an increase in Boost!
6. Get your Eaton Race Ported by Brain Posi, his work just put my Cobra friend Jake in the 9's, the FIRST Eaton to ever achieve this without Nitrous, he trapped at 135+ just Insane!!
7. Also a canned Diablo tune with a pulley swap,CAI,and TB change? What did your Air fuel chart look like on the Dyno and what kind of spark advance were you seeing at WOT?

Ill have to look at my dyno sheet to see the A/F and spark adv. Im willing to try about anything to squeeze every last pony out of it w/o porting my blower right now. Coils, bigger, Maf, etc. So I could pick up 8-10 hp from losing the bassani cats out of my x-pipe?? Pick up 1-2lbs by just doin the 2.76 w/o the lower pulley? Good for any HP.

I dont see you making 500rwhp without porting your blower or upgrading it

I know that it is at the outter limits of it but I have saw a few cars do it. 502-503. I use 500 "loosely" 495 ill live with it 490 maybe even. 500-505 spectacular. I just want to know a few more mods to do before I go get my car dyno tuned to maximize it. B/c Ill only have the chance once to get it tuned as I live a LONG way from anything like that.

I'd start by finding the best tuner money can buy, they can wring the hp out of those cars...by the way, all the hp in the world is useless if the car won't hook.

Thats why im on here to find out what is the best money can buy. Im not on a budget and well know that HP and budget dont go together. Im just looking to find out what else to buy before I go get it tuned. I know there are lots of ppl that have tried diff. setups just looking for whats been proven by other ppl. So what is the best tuner to go w/ SCT? Should I switch from x-pipe to H-pipe. Loose the cats. etc. Small things that will help squeeze all the ponies out w/ this setup. I know its useless w/o hooking it up. But ill get the power there and do things to hook it up later. Plus it makes for a fun smoke show.

To get 500RW with an unported Eaton and the valve covers never off the car will be a chore, remember they only put down about 370RW stock, you aren't gonna get 500 with a few bolt ons! Why the reluctance to port the Eaton? It's better for it with cooler IAT temps!
And yeah get me that Dyno info to look at, also did you datalog anything like your fuel pump duty cycle %?

Heres what Ive got off my dyno sheet. They didnt data log the fuel pump duty cycle. Min A/f 10.61 coming at 5600 rpm spark adv. I think is 5.84. But the highest is 7.59 at 6400rpm. Hope this will help me/you to figure out what to do to get it on up. Thanks

I'm a bit confused? do you have an air fuel chart printed on your dyno sheet? 10.6 A/F WOT at 5600 is TOO RICH, your tuner should be shooting for a full point higher 11.6! If that's the case your losing an easy 10RW and those spark advance numbers can't be correct? the car would barely be running, haha! 7 degrees WOT at 6400? should be seeing about 19-20 with 93 Octane? I'm at 26-28 normally aspirated.. Can you scan the sheet or take a picture of it?

Your Air Fuel looks NICE up to 3500 rpms that it fattens up Way Too Rich through the rest of the powerband, I'm actually a little surprised the Canned Diablo tune is that fat, they tend to be pretty accurate. Bro your dumping too much fuel into those cylinders causing a power loss. Like I said before Eatons perform best with an air fuel around 11.6.
Why don't you do a datalog with your Predator to see what the spark advance looks like..
