can iput a 03 h-pipe on 99 cobra

hi guys, want to know if a 03 cobra h pipe will work on my 99 cobra. i keep throwing a code from a too low of a thresh hold on cats. so, i have a bassini x pipe w/cats on the car now and i have a low mile h pipe from a 03,so i'm wondering if there is any problem with doing this. thanks

I'm guessing yes but I would crawl up under there and measure first.
