Default Will They fit?

Question for you guys. Will the 18x9 Roush Argents 28mm off. fit on a 2001 Cobra?.. Sorry if it is a dumb question, but our cars seem to be so damn picky.. And Roush perfromance hasn't responded to my question yet..

315's with 1/4 spacer on 10.5" wheels, here. No problems.
