Hey guys!

I just bought a 98 Cobra! Most of you don't know me (been gone for a while). I have owned several Mustangs and still do, but this is my first DOHC. I am very happy with the find, a blk/blk with 29K miles on it.

Alll Virgin, not even the air silencer taken off. Has org tires.

Anyways, I will need some advise, as I 'm not real familiar yet with the DOHC. And I need to get all the main items done. Since it didn't come with an owners manual, is there any good place to find all the info I need? Such as oil capacity/weight, plug gaps, etc etc?

Plus, I already have several mods I want to do in the upcoming weeks. The shifter and cold air go on this weekend. Cat Back next weekend. Springs, shocks, control arms the weekend after that.

During my tune up this weekend, is there any things I should pay close attention too on this engine. Didn't I read somewhere that this engine takes something like 0W20? I pretty much know the basics, but every engine has it's little quirks. Any info to help get me up to speed would be appreciated.

Congrats man. I'd imagine a fellow snake owner of the same year will fill you in on the capacities and whatnot. Glad to hear its such a lovely color combo! I'm getting tired of silver everything!

nice car you picked up. i bought mine about 2 months ago. bt mine has 78k onit im not too sure on all those questions either...i too do not have the owners manual. min if i as what you paid for yours? mine is stock too...only thng i have changed so far is the shifter (pro 5.0). what a difference. i had the same one in my 97 gt too. cant wait to see your pics. i have some in my gallery. let us know how everything turns out.
