Matt's right. it really is up to your local dealer you service it with. all ford dealerships are independant from ford. therefore each dealership has different guidelines on warranties. I do know that ford has sent instructions to the dealerships as to when to call the area rep in. Cobra, GT, Mach, and Lightnings will have the area rep brought in for most drivetrain repairs. They check the pcm for scratchs on the terminals showing evidence of a chip install. they look at the snout on the S/C for scratchs being evidence of a pulley swap. U/D pullies are a judgement call. some will void it for those too.
Remember to clean the rubber from behind the wheels because if they see that then they will say you abused the car. this is not at all dealerships but at some. I recommend getting to know your service writer and the lead guy in the shop. do not piss off the shop foreman. he is the one you want to have look the other way when your car comes in. be his friend not enemy!
