quarter mile times are very subjective, driver, weather, track, tires, mood... a whole lot of things factor in. I have seen the same guy run 12's one weekend in a mostly stock '98 Cobra and turn around the next weekend and run 14's.
The best thing to do is take it to the track and run it yourself, and find out what YOU can run with it, then work on your weaknesses as a driver. After your a competent driver, if your not already, then work on the car. You can have all the power in the world but if you cant put it to the pavement you'll never run a good time.
Hell I have run 17's in mine before because I was in one of those moods and it was the last time I was gonna use those tires, so I was more interested in putting rubber on the track than with my ET.
