I have a '01 cobra, and i really want a grounding kit to make all the electrical stuff run better, but i cant find any that are compatible with my 4.6L V8 cobra. if you know where i can find some, please let me know.
I am also looking for a short-throw shifter, if anybody has any suggestions.. im fairly new to this whole modding idea; i helped a friend of mine work on his lexus. we changed out exhaust and intake and a bunch of stuff, but i havent done anything for my cobra.

never heard of a grounding kit. but for shifters...you have MANY choices. but i think there are only 2 REAL choices. either a steeda tri-ax or a pro 5.0 i've had a pro 5.0 in each of my last 3 stangs ( a 5.0, a 4.6, and now a dohc 4.6) i haven't had a singlr problem and absolutely love it. but that just my 2 cents!

ur not gonna notice a difference with a grounding kit, but most of them are universal kits so go for it. get a tri-ax

Yeah I haven't seen any grounding kits for Mustang's. Either we just aren't concerned, or we don't need them as bad as the imports do. Not really sure!

But I plan on getting a Steeda Tri-ax shifter. Comes highly recommended!
