Getting ready to exchange my x-pipe for the stock h-pipe (for smog purposes) it’s been awhile!!

Is the wrench for the Oxygen Sensors a 21mm?

The exhaust manifold to h-pipe bolts 19mm?

alot of O2 sensors are 7/8 wrench which i think is equivalent to a 22mm
the exhaust bolts are probably 15 mm

You can rent an 02 socket for free from Autozone if you do not have one.
