i have used suspension techniques springs on my last 2 cars and have another set ready for install on my 98 cobra. its a very smooth ride (compared to the other spring sets available) it lowers about 1.5" i acytually think the ride is smoother than stock. also be sure to buy some caster/camber plates. its also a good idea to purchase spring isolators to replace the stock ones. energy suspenssion makes some nice ones. the black 97 gt in my gallery has the susp. tech. springs. the cobra in the pics isn't lowered yet. that'll give you an idea of stock vs. lowered stances.
