I am strongly thinking about upgrading to the pi heads but i want to know how much more boost i'll be able to run with this modification..if it is not a decent upgrade then i might skip it but i'm not 100% sure yet.. Also it is this vs. fully stroking the engine. Any help would be appreciated and thanks in advance.

There really isnt a PI headswap for the DOHC. There are different heads from the 96-98 cobras "B" heads(if i recall) and the 99 cobra heads(tumble port design). The "B" heads flow much better under boosted applications.
