what I would do is pull a spark plug wire, crank motor, hold boot near something metal..make sure you have spark (or use an inductive timing light if you have one)
Next if that works, spray some starting fluid in the throttle body, if it fires one time you know you have fuel issue or not...
Obviously not hearing any "fuel pump whine" is probably the biggest clue...pump may have failed
