Happen to crack a fork

in my T45
tranny, racing an LS1, but anything to win.......

Since I am under the car, have
tranny out, putting a set of BBK full length headers and non-catted X-pipe on. Here is my question, I was told I have a cat-back exhaust on my 99 Cobra. Would an aftermarket Cat-back help me? What is the difference? Any recommendations on brand? Also, any benefit to another brand other than the BBK full length headers? Picked BBK because of ease of install (with x-pipe, some other full length do not have matching x-pipe) meaning sensors and components. Answers??? Suggestions???
