Default Intercooler question.

I have an '03 Cobra with a chip, pulley(11psi), CAI, and a MAC 3" cat back. Over the winter I would like to go with a bigger trottlebody, C&L inlet, H-pipe, remap the chip, 15-17psi pulley, and a bigger I/C. I would like to hit 500hp at the wheels. If I modify the car like I want do you think I will hit 500rwhp and do you think I will benefit from a larger I/C?

Thanks for your time. Spade

I have most of what you want & some stuff you didn't mention. I just changed the heat exchanger. I dyno out at 502 rwhp with 499 rwtq
I chose the Accufab Polished TB. what a difference. I also have a 2.8 pulley set.

Not familiar with the Billetflow T/B, but they do have good products.

I got a good deal on a new Accufab T/B that was polished. Flows around 1800 cfms. (1780 to be exact). Plus it has the Bling Bling factor. hehe.

It gives you a direct 25hp increase on a stock motor. I picked up nearly 45hp. in mid to top end. 25 on the low end.

I'm happy with it. Will look into the Billetflow design for ya.
