Question 97 cobra cams

I just got a 97 cobra with just 34,000 miles and am curious what the specs are for the cams. I popped the hood and found the attached sticker from crane cams... Is there any way to find out what part this goes with? How can I tell if the cams were swapped after I take off the valve covers? (if thats what the sticker is for) Any help is appreciated.

The sticker could be anything, but i dont think it is for a CAM since Crane doesnt offer any DOHC cams, just check their page.
