How much horsepower with an h-pipe and catback exhaust

How much actual horsepower can i expect from a mac h-pipe with cats and a 2 chamber flowmaster catback exhaust with 40 series mufflers?

How much more horsepower would an offroad h-pipe give me? What is the total horsepower of the h-pipe and flowmaster exhaust by themselves?

ummm....not more than 20 or so tops with an off road h-pipe but you may lose torque with an exhaust that free flowing and no power adder.

I put a Magnaflow X w/ cats on my 98Cobra and picked up 15rwhp w/ no other changes. I had Magnapack catback already. Dyno'd B4 and after install. OR h/x maybe a few more.

Personally, I wouldn't do a flowmasters on a forced induction car, but I would on an N/A.
BTW, what year is your Cobra?
