 Slapping/ticking noise from clutch?
When i'm driving in 3rd gear around 1500 and 2000 rpms i hear this funky sound, we think its coming from the clutch...it sounds like something is loose and slapping agianst something but when i jacked it up and looked around i couldn't find anything. theres also a little squeeking noise coming from the clutch when i push it
its a 03 cobra with 26k miles, i bought it from a dealer in michigan and drove it back and it had 24k miles on it. the drive back to nj there wasn't a sound or a problem. the problem started after i put my slp loud mouth exhuast on. could that be somehting? i just checked all the bolts and stuff and their all tight and it doesn't seem to rattle.
