We are having trouble with the check engine light on our 98 cobra convertible. I have switched the exhaust system to a mac h pipe with flowmasters using mils and light is still coming on.
The code is always the same - O2 sensor even though these have already been changed. any help?

The mils don't always work. I had mine tuned out when the car was tuned. Diablo Sport allows this as I'm sure others do.

What do you mean by tune out?I have a super chip in it now.

The Diablosport Predator allows you turn off the o2's. I don't know if the sct does. Sorry for not helping.

yea i have the same problem i put flowmast cat back wit an off road x pipe and the mils and the light was off for a couple of days then cam back on so restarted the computer but undoing th barty and it give me a day or two but then it came back on so im gunna get the car tuned and it will fix it

lol mine does the same exact damn thing i have bbk shorty headers, bbk o/r x pipe and slp loudmouth exhaust so much for those stupid steeda mil eliminators!!!!! waste of 60 bucks right there... ill have to wait to do the tune out cause its like 400 for a tuner.... for now ill just keep goign to autozone every 2-3 days and earasing the error code for free
