simple question: what is the difference between the mustang dyno and the dynojet? i've heard that they will both give you different numbers on the same car...why is that?

I would like to know also, I know the same car will get lower #'s on a Mustang dyno. My numbers are on a dynojet, wonder what they would be on a Mustang dyno??

The drum weight would be the difference ,the Mustang dyno has a big heavy roller so more Hp tp turn it .

A dynjoet is an inertial dynamometer vs a Mustang which is an absorption (loaded) dynamometer. Mustang dyno #s are typically 8-10% lower than dynojet but you get more accurate A/F and timing on a MD chassis dyno.
