I have an '01 Corba and wondering what are the best aftermarket exhaust systems to consider. I have heard that Flowmasters Super 40 and 50 Delta Flow each have a nice throaty sound and. according to Flowmaster, ase popular. Is that true. Any input would be appreciated.
I personally use Flowmasters on my car and I have on all my stangs. But now there are tons of companies that offer great systems. Magnaflow, Dynomax, Borla, Slp, and the list goes on.
i have a catted Bassani X and a Borla catback...it sounds mean, especially from the outside. resonates a little on the inside though. it have heard magnaflows don't resonate as much
Blowmasters are good if you are only looking for sound...but if you want both sound and hp, I had a magnaflow CB on my 03 Cobra with an O/R mac prochamber...sounded very awesome!!
mild and throaty when driving around, but letting you know wassup when you pin the throttle...very aggressive at WOT
don't get me wrong, I do like flowmasters but I wanted something that would give a bit more performance on my 03 Terminator

My wife has a Bassani catback and X-pipe on hers and it sounds great.I have the flowmaster catback on mine.My car put down 429rwhp with a WMS CAI and a flowmaster catback,Power loss I don't think so..
i have bassani midlength headers, bassani x-pipe, and a mac 3 inch cat back on my 99 cobra and its loud as hell and sounds great, Mac to me sounds better than flowmaster....but thats just my opinion its a lil louder

I have a magnaflow catback right now and plan on getting a catted x-pipe and headers at some point, but justt he magnaflows sound amazing! The sound inside the car isn't too harsh, but once you open it up, it sounds like the world is ending lol. I love the magnaflows. My friend has flowmasters on his GT, but I didn't like the sound it made with the baffles and everything. To each his own
