I have a 96 cobra with bolt ons. I was wondering what nitrous kits work well with my car. I was told wet kits can backfire and blow the intake, and dry kits need injectors. And they dont make a direct port for my car. I was told the direct port kit for the 2v can be modified to fit. has anyone ever seen this. My engine is stalk internals and I will be using colder plugs, 100octane fuel, and a dyno tune. I will be squeezing between a 75 -125 shot depending.

if you are only going to use the 75 to 125 shot yuo can use eather wet or dry kit. your car can handel that amount of juice with out any problems. my wife has a 97 snake and we were thinking of going with the ZEX wet kit. i have an NOS wet kit on my 88 GT with the 75 hp shot. it does fine. and with just the 75 shot it hits hard and is a REAL blast to drive. my advice is get a good kit and have fun. you will love the juice!!!
