Default Huge problem on otherwise easy job-HELP!

Ok, here's the deal:
Customer brings 03 Cobra in w/ LFP pulley kit.
looks to be pretty easy, done a couple already.
I know the Allenhead left-thread Crank bolt is
usually dang tight and requires some serious force
to break it loose.
This job is 2hrs out from being done, after now the 3rd day
of trying to get this bolt loose, Im out of good options.
I even fabbed up a holding fixture out of 1/2" steel that
locks into the 3- 5/16" dowel holes in the crank pulley
and holds it against the bttom of the rt frame rail.
pulled radiator for Impact gun access. proceeded to apply
350 lb/ft of torque. NOTHING!
Took my 1/2" breaker-bar & put a 3' cheater on the end of it.
breaker bar broke. got another one, tried it, steel pins in fixture sheared off, nearly breaking both of my elbows.

WHAT THE HECK IS THE DEAL?
If anyone has encountered this tighter-than-normal issue
and conquered it, I NEED TO HEAR FROM YOU!

What if the threads are right handed? I doubt it but just drill out the old one or start grinding, the part is already ruined and replace the damaged ones. It sounds like somebody at the factory was having a bad day when assembling the motor they may have started using the red thread locker if it is a later one and the red stuff is pretty much impossible to get loose. Next time put a little heat on it before you attempt to budge it; it will give a little clearance behind the head and might help.
