Default BBK Throttle Body

Anyone upgraded to the BBK T.B. on the 03-04? I've heard both good and bad comments, the 'bad' being that it caused an idle problem.

Go with the 75mm accufab, depending on your future power goals and a C@L UPPER INTAKE you will feel a difference. It was a perfect fit and I didn't even have to touch the idle screw. It is worth the extra cash and looks outstanding.

I have the Accufab TB/Plenum on my 04. I highly recommend it. I don't know anyone using the BBK. By the way love the color of your car, mine just happens to be the same.

I've been looking at both. The guy that does my dyno work said it didn't help that much, but gave it a good seat of the pants feel. My plans were a whipple or KB this spring but the wife's new car took care of that (for a while anyway ). JD0 - what color interior do you have? Thanks for the input.

I have charcoal interior. I am also planning the KB swap next spring. With the Accufab, you can reuse the TB but not plenum. I am planning to use the new 2.6 KB. I am trying to talk my wife into letting me get a set Crower stage 3 cams and valve springs. We will see. I just bought a lift kit for her truck, so it is only fair. Right?

I totally agree! Whats good for one is good to the other, in most cases. I tried to see if I could get a free night out -- anything goes-- . Got a big NO on that reply. I bought her a 07 Acura TL Type S two weeks ago. Again, she=car me=blower... mmm maybe (2) types.
