Question 1998 Cobra Fuel Rails and Lines. How much horsepower will it support?

Can anyone tell me how much horsepower can a stock 98 cobra fuel rails and lines support? I tried a few combos, but my car keeps leaning out above 5500 rpms.
(at present I have a lighting fuel pump, stock lines and rails, adjustable regulator, 42lbs injectors and a kenny bell boost a pump.) 450rwh at 6500rpm.

No, but you should have a 255 intank pump also. volume of fuel may not be there. what is your fuel pressure at right now?

I believe my lightening (in tank) pump is the 255 one. My fuel pressure at idle is around 40. thanks for your help!
