Default What Model PCU Does The 1995 Cobra Mustng Have In It?
1st..What model PCU does the 1995 Cobra have in it?
I was told it is the EEC-IV. Not sure though.

2nd..Does anyone know of a diagnostic scanner application that will work on a handheld (Palm or Windows Mobile) for the 95 Cobra's?

It is the EEC-IV with obd 1. I don't know what scanner to use. I had a chip burned for me.

NGS or the star tester, or SBDS. all ford specialty tools which almost obsolete, but i bet you can find one on ebay.
