How difficult are 1997 Cobra motor mount swap?

I have co-worker with a 1997 Cobra and he is wanting to exchange his worn out OEM motor mounts with Energy Suspention motor mounts. I was wondering how difficult it would be to exchange out. I've done 5.0L motor mounts no problem, but not DOHC 4.6 Mounts. Ohh i am using a car lift to.

Well anything having to do with motor and 4.6 is going to be hard but doable. just make sure u dont hurt anything on top when u jack up each side to replace.
