i have a 2001 svt cobra wit slp cat back and off road x pip pro 5.0 shifter bbk cold air intake. i been getting pulled off alot for my tint which is 20 % but i got it b.c i don;t want my seats creakin from the sun. but also cops they be tellin me my car way to lound so i got a set of high flow cats i was j/w am i gunna lose h/p or gain sum or be the same also u think its will claim the cars sound down. and they wont let me race at the track without cats which sucks. any ideals thanks
