Does a 99-01 Cobra have the same PCM harness as a 03-04 Mach 1?

Hi, I installed an 03 Mach1 engine in my 99GT, but my PCM harness won't connect to the engine harness. So, I have been searching for a Mach 1 PCM harness, but it has been really hard to find. So I am curious, if the pcm harness from an 01 cobra would work. Thanks!

i think the 03 has more pins in the connector. the 01 might work, and i would think the 99 would be even more likely since you have a 99 yourself. but i think you can make the stock harness work also.
