This is Shelby territory. Also, can the stock Tremec handle this torque?

I watched an episode of Two Guys Garage a while back. I can't remember what exactly what they did, but it was basic bolt-ons and they had a guy from SCT to tune it. If I remember correctly, the bolt-ons put the car around 420 rwhp and the tune got them around 480!

That's easily believeable. Hell, my buddy made 450rwhp wtih a stock 03 cobra and a pulley, absolutely nothing else. Most cobra's make less because they allow "tooners", and not professionals to tune the car.

How do you find a professional to tune a car?

I've seen several cobras on the dyno with all kinds of combo's. On average, a cobra with the following mods dyno's around this area. CAI, TB, 2:81 pulley, catback w/ flowmasters and off road X pipe and 12psi are making around 445-460 rwhp and 465-480 rwt. This is after watching 5 different cobras on the dyno. This is a professional dyno tech using a SCT program. The Fluidyne cooler helps out as far as the heat and headers are worth about 20rwhp more than the numbers above.
